Organizing my Stamps

I decided it was time to organize my stamps because my collection was growing. I wasn't sure what I had anymore. Wow what a job. I decided to buy a Rolodex so they would be easy to access. I stamped them on a 2 by 4 inch card and put them on my Rolodex. Love this idea. If the stamp could fit several categories I would just stamp it twice and place it in both categories. The categories that I used that fit me are: Nature Wedding Sorry Sympathy Get Well Christmas Thank you Animals Letters Sports Stars Flowers Sayings Holidays Baby Birthday Friendship Congrats Love Misc. I numbered each CD case and placed a number on the card I stamped. It makes it easy to find them now. It took a long time but I'm glad I did it. I thought it was never going to end.

Sympathy

Two former co-workers lost their mother this past week. A card I made for them. I love how cards looks when you double stamp them. I also made a matching envelope, too.

Pet Loss - Sympathy Card

A close friend of ours lost their dog unexpectedly. This is the card I made for them. Their dog was a big part of their family. We felt so bad. His wife got up and went to work and he is disabled and when he got up the dog was died. No apparent cause.

Hospitality Card - Thank you

My hubby and I recently spent a weekend with friends of ours. We had a wonderful time seeing them for the first time in over a year. Anyways the host keep apologizing because they had no hot water for us to shower. We didn't mind a cold shower. So I sent them this thank you card.

Mega Yard Sale Finds!!!!!

I'm so excited!! I finally ran into a yard sale that was totally awesome!! It was a two car garage filled with scrapbooking stuff. I mean FILLED! I was invited to come early and was the only one there except for my hubby and got the DEALS. I literally filled my car up. I bought for my SIL, too. I paid a total of $211.25 for all of this. I came home and figured out what the cost would be if I had paid full price. A whopper of $1,820.35. Yes thats right!!! A lot of the stuff was brand new or not used very much. Excellent condition. So lets say I bought all of the stuff at 50% off with would be $910. I can't believe it!! I wanted to buy all of it. But didn't have enough cash. LOL I couldn't wait to come home and share with joy with my SIL. We were like kids on Christmas morning!! Check out my deals!!! I probably missed taking pictures of all of the stuff.
