A Birthday card I made for my mom's 82nd birthday! She loves to feed and watch the birds which inspired me to make this card. I embossed the top with a wood grain embossing folder which looks like a tree. It doesn't really show in this picture though. The pine tree branches are from MS punch and the bird from the SU punch. I added 'snow' to the branches. The bottom of the card is embossed by a SU folder and SU stamp and punches did the sentiment. I added a ribbon that I bought on clearance at Walmart for .25. I like the three D effect that the bird has with the branches.

This is a great card. I LOVE the embossing.. I like the white with the red contrast..very nice

You're so clever. I love feeding and watching the birds too. I was afraid they had all left for the winter but saw a male and female cardinal yesterday!! Beautiful card.
