First Anniversary

This is a card I made for my daughter and son-in-law on their first anniversary. I can't believe it has been one year already. They deserve the beswt anniversary ever. What a sweet couple they make. I'm so blessed to have a great son-in-law that treats my daughter so dear! Love you Abby and Daniel! I use my circut to cut the cards and embossed them and embellished them with black gems and pearls. I stickled the bride's dress. Blue and Green were their colors of their wedding. I used a SU stamp to stamp the Congratulations.

Halloween 2010

We had Red Ribbon Week at school to educated the students at our school about drugs. Each day had a certain theme. Today was Show your character and don't do drugs. We were to dress as our favorite character from a book. My aide and I decided to dress as witches. There is a long story behind why we choose witches. We had a blast. I also made witch hat cupcakes for my students. It was an absolute a fantastic day.

Get Well Card

Here is a card I made with new stamps I just received. It is for a dear friend who is in the hospital. We are going to travel to see him tomorrow. Please pray for his speedy recovery. I used some free samples of cardstock I got from my SU friend. Thanks Jenny. I used my Big Shot and nestablities for the sentiments. A Ribbon and 3 D squares made the card 3D.

This is the inside.

Berkey Honeymoon Scrapbook

This is my daughter's honeymoon scrapbook. After scrapping her wedding she asked me to do her honeymoon. I was THRILLED! I took the journal that she kept on their trip and typed up each Day's entry and included that in their book. My daughter writes so descriptive. I scrapped it by their daily activities. It was so much fun reading about their expereinces. It felt like I was actually there.

This last page is a place for them to reflect on their honeymoon and write about it.

House warming gift

I made this as a house warming gift for my nephew and his wife. The bought a new house and invited us down to see it. They have four lovely children and they just love my husband.  (The second photo is the before picture.  I buy signs on clearance and then adapt them to a project.)  I was ready to spray paint it there.

Baby Girl Word Book

Here is a Baby Girl Wordbook that I made for my aunt.  She is going to her granddaughters baby shower.  I love the little rattle and pacifier that I hung on the wire binding.  I use cereal boxes for my chipboard and covered them with paper.  Lots of time and embellishments put into this book.  It was so much fun to make!!!   My aunt loved it!

There were three tags in the pocket.  They are pictured below.

When you untied the ribbon and opened it, there are places for four more photos.

Two little file folders for some journaling.

A slider....  when you pulled the top, a photo place appeared on top and on the bottom.  I think these are so cool.  Made from a grocery bag.

A place for the baby's first home.  This is her address.

Bicycle thank you card

This is a card I made for the bicyle shop that 'services' our bikes. The owner is super super nice. He has fixed our bikes for pennies. Last night he replace a whole back wheel for NOTHING!! He also checked out my bike to be sure everything is okay so they are in tip top shape for our Ride. This is what you call great customer service. Thanks, Lynn!!
